Shippers are strictly required to declare all contents accurately and ensure no prohibited, hazardous, flammable, or restricted commodities are packaged within shipments. The shipper assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any fines, confiscations, or legal penalties arising from inaccurate customs paperwork or false cargo declarations.

EZE Shipping BD maintains liability coverage strictly as defined under standard international conventions (Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention, and Hague-Visby Rules) unless additional full-value cargo insurance is explicitly requested and confirmed prior to freight acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international civil aviation and maritime commerce conventions.
